Position Summary
While no job description can possibly provide a comprehensive list of job duties, the following is a summary of the major responsibilities for the position. The People & Culture Coordinator assists with the day-to-day Human Resources processes by providing administrative support to the People & Culture department. P&C Coordinator will ensure an accurate on-boarding experience, coordinate colleague relation projects, manage recognition programs, events, and activities

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred and/or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of related experience required.
- Understanding of the luxury & quality environment.
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
