The City of Thomasville Hiring for Customer Care Specialist I at Thomasville, GA Full Time

Position reports to Customer Care Supervisor. Listens to customers’ problem, determines best solution to satisfy customer while maintaining system and customer security. Dispatches or assists proper personnel in repairing problem quickly. Handles, with professionalism and enthusiasm, incoming customer calls regarding all aspects of Thomasville Utilities services, CNS services, billing procedures and individual customer accounts.

Ensures resolution of customer questions, requests and complaints in a timely manner, striving to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Assists in sales of new services as they are developed and implemented. Ensures superior customer service in fast-paced call center environment.
