The Global HR Director leads the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that support Strategy & Finance functions ensuring that those strategies drive and support business growth and profitability, changing business imperatives, goals and objectives to sustain business performance and maintains a positive, ethical and vibrant company culture. This position is part of the business leadership teams and participates in all senior level discussions and meetings within the business. This role will also interact with global senior leaders across the system. This position also represents the Company externally in the market as the overall people ambassador and internally to employees.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required. Post-graduate degree preferred.
Related Work Experience: 15+ years in a regional or global and matrixed organization. Additionally, previous functional experience in a multinational organization with regional or global experience.
