Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: screening candidates, scheduling interviews, administers candidate prescreen testing, hosting new hire orientation and onboarding.
Administrative Support: Answer incoming calls and front office reception, organization of plant meetings and calendars, building presentations
Financial Analysis: Manages office supply and plant supply budgets, purchasing, invoicing, and miscellaneous financial tasks.
Support for people scheduling and staffing, Kronos time keeping system and payroll, and accounts payable/ accounts receivable.
University Degree (Bachelor) preferred or equivalent experience
Related Work Experience:
3 years of relevant experience (administrative assistant, human resources, or finance analyst)
HR experience recommended
Greeting employees and making them feel comfortable and welcome in the office
Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills. Detailed and organized.
Experience creating and sharing documents on One Drive
Experience with TEAMS or other interoffice communication
Excellent time management skills and strong ability to multi-task and prioritize
STRONG Microsoft Suite (Excel, Work, Outlook & Power Point)
Able to respond to changing workload and priorities
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
