Our University Recruiting Leader will be accountable for the governance and execution of the US internship / co-op program while supporting global early career hiring strategies. This role requires strong team collaboration and will be responsible for delivering in alignment with Coca-Cola’s overall talent strategy. Our ideal candidate will have a history of building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, creating a robust and sustainable early career program, and driving continuous improvement and innovation. What You’ll Do…
Provide strategic leadership for the development, and execution of full-cycle university recruiting efforts aligned to Coca-Cola’s business needs, driving early career hiring for critical skills of the future
Partner with HR and business stakeholders on the workforce demand to meet overall hiring targets, as well as communication of strategy, initiatives, and performance metrics
Design best-in-class internship/co-op experiences, influence, and shape future direction of campus talent needs
Support Coca-Cola’s diversity initiatives and objectives by attracting talent through strategic partnerships and sourcing channels to ensure Coca-Cola remains a top destination for diverse talent
Foster and maintain relationships internally with key stakeholders, and externally with university faculty and staff to understand business objectives to provide insights on the talent market (i.e., demographic trends, employment projections) and to develop an integrated and holistic University Recruiting strategy
Drive behaviors and influence positive outcomes with clients to achieve business hiring objectives and KPIs; partner with internal teams (local and global) on identifying and executing operational efficiencies
Identify, develop, and implement innovative solutions to meet workforce needs now and in the future; focus on building a proactive and nimble operational model as well as quality talent communities.
Utilize data analytics to drive performance, recommendations, and decisions for both the business and functions
Drive ease of technology aligned to stakeholder processes
Ensure alignment to both compliance goals and local legislation.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Five (5) year+ university or talent program management experience in a complex global environment; experience collaborating across multiple countries is a plus
Significant experience influencing leaders across various disciplines, functions, and geographies
Strong analytical capability, with the ability to create, measure, and scale analytics to drive decisions and performance
Experience in implementation of early career / internship program, governance, initiatives, tools, and processes
Ability to apply business acumen and drive operational excellence while anticipating and adapting to changing needs of the business and/or changes in labor industry trends
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, required
