Compensation:
$55,000 to $70,000
Responsibilities:
Determine hiring needs by collaborating with hiring managers, and implement a recruiting process for legal professionals, such as paralegals, legal assistants, clerks, and associate attorneys
Utilize outreach methods to job seekers, such as social media, referrals, job fairs, LinkedIn, job boards, and high volume cold calling
Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process (candidate sourcing, screening, qualification evaluation, interviewing, negotiating offers, and follow up) to facilitate the hire of qualified candidates
Track detailed and accurate communication records in the applicant tracking system
Create candidate search opportunities through multiple channels like service organizations, networking groups, and college
Qualifications:
Knowledge of employment law, human resource policies and guidelines, and recruitment best practices are needed
Familiarity with CRM / applicant tracking systems, MS Office, Google Suite, and social media tools
High-level communication, time management, and relationship-building skills are crucial
Assist with the onboarding process
Assist the COO with various HR duties when needed.
