POSITION SUMMARY
The Recruiting and Human Resources (HR) Specialist will manage the Fund’s recruiting process and will support the daily functions of the HR department including benefits administration, maintaining personnel records, interacting with benefit vendors, enforcing organization policies and practices, and handling day-to-day inquiries from staff.
Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccination or booster by date of hire to be considered. Proof of vaccination required.

COMPENSATION and BENEFITS
The salary for this position is $70,000 – $83,000 and is eligible for opportunities to earn performance-based bonus compensation. The Fund offers a highly competitive package of benefits including employer contributions for health care, paid holidays, vacation and personal/sick leave, retirement plan and more.
