The Creative Play School in Fort Walton Beach, Florida is looking for an infant and a one year old to join our school.

Assistant will be responsible for

• Create positive learning environments including resources based on child-directed learning
• Develop strategies to guide positive children’s behavior
• Build good, open communication with children, families and staff
• Observe and record children’s growth, development and behavior using electronic portfolios
• Ensure the learning environment is clean, hygienic and safe

Requirements:

* Prefer a minimum of one year experience working with children

* Flexible and energetic on the job

* Excellent communication and people skills

* Participate and training and complete the 40 hour DCF mandatory training

* Must pass a criminal background check

This is a full time position
