PMO COORDINATORCONTRACT LENGTH – 6 MonthsNY/NJ AREAW2/GC ONLYJob Purpose:The PMO Coordinator ensures that the assigned projects deliver to the highest project governance standards supporting the delivery of the Program. The PMO role is an import role on the program which supports the project managers and program manager on the overall deliver of the program. This is an excellent opportunity to support a major program migrating a Financial Market Infrastructure (FMI) to a new target architecture. Responsibilities: The Project Support will be reporting to the Program and will assist with:Project GovernanceRAID Log maintenance (Risk, Issue, Assumptions, Dependencies)Project Plan maintenanceAction follow up (including working with 3rd parties)Quarterly Risk and Issue reviewMeeting Governance and Scheduling, including producing high quality minutes.Input to Scorecard and ReportingProject Financial administrationCreation of high-quality meeting materialsAssisting in Project Audits from key control/2nd line of defense/ 3rd line of defense stakeholdersManage day-to-day operational aspects of a project: scope, schedule and milestones, budget/costs, resourcing, and deliverablesQualifications / certificationsAt least 4 years hands-on Project Support experienceProject management certified (e.g. Prince2, PMI, APM etc.)Knowledge of Financial Services and FX desirableProven organizational skillsExcellent communication skills essentialProficiency with related project tools including but not limited to MS Office, MS Project, Enterprise Project Management toolsSome experience supporting major programs requiring interacting with regulators, either from a policy or supervisory perspective.Have professional presentation skills, including excellent writing and public speaking capabilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
