THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Eco Plumbers is seeking an experienced Recruiter, to retain top service talent. You will build long-term relationships with team members as the first point of contact in their journey of growth and development into a new career and skill for life.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain all recruit platforms, to obtain and retain top talent

• Host virtual recruiting sessions as our Company and trade advocate

• Create presentations, host and attend hiring events

• Schedule and complete interviews and collaborate to make hiring decisions

• Navigate multiple software systems for job posting, candidate tracking, and hiring

• Maintain relationships with sources for a recruiting pipeline, including trade schools, high schools, and social networking sites.

• Be part of roundtable discussions through a network of recruiting professionals

• Work alongside the Marketing team to create job postings and social media branded recruiting ads

• Aid in the creation of marketing materials and swag items to promote the brand & culture

• Maintain a professional appearance and knowledge on all company policies, missions, growth plans, and staffing budgets

• Develop and maintain new recruiting processes to increase efficiency, tracking and advance the candidate experience

• Support our Trade Students from hire to graduation to ensure successful completion of the training program at our Eco Plumbers University

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year of recruiting and interviewing experience

• Strong verbal and written communications

• Extremely organized with excellent time management and follow-through

• Creative thinker, problem-solver, and self-motivated

• People person motivated to advocate for others and build career paths

• Understanding of basic HR concepts and administration soft skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
