District Manager Primary Responsibilities:
- Drives and upholds all company policies and procedure
- Develops, executes, and oversees staffing plans to ensure stores are staffed appropriately
- Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures
- Provide clear, consistent direction, and clear performance feedback to ensure that McDonald’s standards are upheld
- Manage and maintain safe working conditions
- Anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action
- Ensure continual improvement of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Develops a positive and effective relationships with all vendors
- Maintains a positive and professional attitude while creating a wholesome, fun environment for the entire team
- Maintains guest satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings.
- Support and monitor managers through their MIT program
District Manager Required Qualifications and requirements:
- Travel required
- Ability to build and motivate an effective team
- Create a positive work environment for all employees’
- Exhibits drive for results
- Approving invoices daily for each location

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
