Summary:
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing support with the overall administration, development and coordination of the human resources function, including recruitment, training and development, benefits administration and compliance, employee relations and records management.
The Human Resources Generalist liaises closely with the Human Resources Manager, Payroll Manager and Business Unit Leaders throughout the organization to achieve the Human Resource Department’s goals and objectives.
