Specific duties and responsibilities, include, but are not limited to-
Assist recruitment team by creating agreements and offer letters for newly hired employees.
Collaborate with Payroll team to ensure new hire information is provided to payroll and entered correctly into the payroll system (Paychex).
Collect and upload new hire documents.
Assign new employee trainings.
In coordination with the hiring manager, request system access, equipment, software, etc from IT for new hires.
In coordination with the hiring manager, request access to other systems for travel, expense reimbursement, business cards, credit cards, etc.
Conduct employee orientation via Teams or Zoom to engage and welcome new hires.
In coordination with the hiring manager, coordinate the offboarding experience for departing employees to ensure equipment return and removing system access.
Assist HR leadership with employee relations matters.
Provide research and support to HR team in relation to state and local laws.
Perform other related duties as assigned and work hours necessary for completion.
Education Required- Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree in English, HR, Labor Relations, or related field preferred.
Experience Required- 2-3 years of experience
