Summary
The Head Hostess is the first point of contact for guests of the restaurant. First and foremost your job will be to ensure guest satisfaction by assisting guests with a friendly but professional disposition and relentless courtesy. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Warmly welcoming guests of the restaurant
- Seating guests according to their preference
- Answering guest questions about the restaurant and menu knowledgeably
- Answering the phones with correct verbiage and taking guest orders when necessary
- Managing the reservation system
- Assisting other restaurant or hotel staff as needed
- Assisting with hotel and banquet operations as needed
