Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree coupled with a minimum of 2 years? HR generalist experience in all areas of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, talent and benefit management.
This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a US person under US export laws or, eligible for approval for a U.S. Government export license. A US Person includes a US citizen, lawful Permanent Resident, refugee or asylee.
Experience in manufacturing, technology, or aerospace and defense. Prior work in a government contracting environment preferred
Experience working in a high-volume work environment
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, with strong focus on change
