Education :
Bachelors-level degree relevant to Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP designation preferred.
Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of State and Federal employment law.
Experience :
Minimum two years’ progressively responsible HR experience; previous HR manufacturing experience and recruiting experience preferred. Strong/Advanced Excel skills required. Experience with Workday preferred.
This job requires the mental capabilities to input, process and understand the mechanics of all human resources functions. Furthermore, the incumbent of this position must apply logical thought processes, good judgment and solve problems related to the job functions as they arise.
