The Learning Ladder Preschool Hiring for EEC Preschool Teacher Job at Hanover, MA Full Time

We are hiring a preschool teacher or assistant teacher at our school in Hanover Massachusetts! We are looking for kind, creative and enthusiastic early childhood educators with the passion to teach young children.

Our model is to have THREE teachers in our classroom to both improve the quality of care for the children, as well as give teachers the necessary support they need during their morning.

Paid federal and state holidays. Paid snow days! Paid week vacation at Christmas break.

Job Requirements:

-Reliability

– Flexibility to adjust to the changing energy and circumstances of the children/classroom.

– Must be able to lift 35 lbs. and have the ability to interact with children in active situations.

Job responsibilities include:

*Planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum that fosters children’s social/emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

*Maintaining organization/cleanliness.

*Attend monthly staff meetings and complete professional development hours.

*Open communication between parents, staff, and administration on daily basis.

*Teamwork – ability to work as a team player as well as completing individual tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• No nights
• No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hanover, MA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• EEC certification (Required)
