Ignite Education Solutions is hiring a part time Online Special Education Teacher. The Special Education Teacher is responsible for the care and education of a special needs student in a virtual instructional setting. Candidate will create an environment that is conducive to learning and guide the learning process toward the achievement of curriculum goals and objectives. Hours will vary by week depending on number of students in need of services. Schedule is flexible, but during regular school hours.
The Online Special Education Teacher is required to have a Pennsylvania Special Education Certification and Mandated Reporter Certificate to be considered for this position. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written and a high degree of flexibility are a must for this position. Three appropriate and current clearances, physical, and TB test are required to be considered for this position.
