What You’ll Do:
Design the TA Learning strategy inclusive of TA onboarding.
Conduct regular workshops and training classes on TA systems, tools, and processes.
Remain informed on new training techniques and methods, including the use of technologies such as micro-learning, AI (Artificial Intelligence), and concepts to promote anywhere/anytime learning.
Proactively identify learning needs across TA.
Partner with the Systems and Process project managers to remain informed of all TA systems and process changes.
Partner with the Compliance Manager to ensure any compliance-related learning requirements are planned and implemented.
Develop and administer tools to measure the effectiveness of L&D efforts.
Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess learning needs, instructional goals, and outcomes; and determine the best way to design and develop training programs.
Establish and maintain the knowledge management base for TA, providing a self-service environment for users to be able to locate TA-specific resources.
Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods, including but not limited to classroom instruction, virtual training, and on-the-job support and coaching.
Apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness by maintaining employee training records and tracking and reporting on training outcomes.
Determine how to inform and train TA on the ever-changing system and process changes.
Define the learning requirements of the TA, design the onboarding curriculum, and manage the execution of learnings.
Experience delivering live training.
Demonstrate end-to-end project/program management experience: conception and initiation, planning, execution, performance/monitoring, and project close.
Demonstrated consultative approach: excellent communication and influencing skills to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at all management levels.
Highly creative, divergent thinker, demonstrated ability to think outside the box and contribute innovative ideas, approaches, and solutions.
Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills, including with senior leaders.
Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, complex, multi-tasking virtual environment.
Experience working in learning and development or talent management organizations.
Curriculum development experience.
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be 100% Remote.
