Day To Day

Some of your day-to-day tasks would be the overall management of the restaurant, ensuring that the restaurant is run efficiently and profitably by leading by example and motivating his or her staff, plan promotion strategies, scheduling promotions, and showing them how to perform their duties properly. You will assume the overall responsibility of successfully running the Food & Beverage Outlets.

Requirements

• Must have completed High School or GED Diploma
• 2-5 Years’ experience in hospitality, preferably in a five-star international hotel
• 2-5 Years’ experience in upscale Restaurant Management
• Able to apply theory into practice and make improvement to the operations.
• Must be organized, focused, and efficient under stress
• Possess excellent communication skills (written and oral and ability to work well under pressure)
• Skilled in using computers and software to keep track of costs, sales, inventory, etc.
• Should have an excellent work ethic, proven experience in a food service environment, and an interest in people
• Must be very organized with good time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively
• Should be able to think creatively to solve situations that may arise within the restaurant or other duties as assigned by management, must have good organizational skills and strong people skills
• Must have excellent customer service skills, including the ability to interact with customers on a regular basis as well as in FOH areas when necessary, needs quick thinking ability as well as a sunny disposition at all times despite what has happened previously.
