Responsibilities include producing plated desserts for The Old Inn On The Green, breakfast pastries for the Southfield Store, occasional catering desserts, wedding cakes. All products are of the highest quality. The Old Inn On the Green is the highest Zagat rated restaurant for food in the Berkshires. Both restaurants have received positive press attention over the past year. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated, energetic, talented pastry chef with a broad base of previous experience.
