The Playing Field, Madison WI Hiring for Lead Early Childhood Teacher Job at Wisconsin Full Time

The Playing Field, Inc. is hiring Lead Early Childhood Teachers at our Madison locations. The Playing Field has been serving children and families from a wide range of socio-economic backgrounds and caring for children impacted by homelessness alongside those from more advantaged families since 2015 and we are looking to fill two lead teacher positions.

We offer a supportive workplace with extensive training and coaching and low child to teacher ratios. In addition to competitive salaries, we offer a $500 sign on bonus after completion of the probationary period as well as annual retention bonuses of $1000 or more. Health, dental, and vision insurance as well as a 401K match are offered to staff working 30 hours or more per week. Staff also receive 20 days of paid time off annually plus 8 paid holidays.
