The Sales/Marketing Director is a crucial role to the company, this individual will work across business units to bring our organization to the next level. If you are a motivated and driven sales professional with experience selling in the long-term care, assisted living market, we want to talk to you.
Duties:
· Work with senior leadership to develop a sales/marketing strategy in Northern New England.
· Prepare contract pricing proposal and RFP.
· Conduct cold call sales activities.
· Attend in person and virtual sales meetings.
· Build relationships with local practitioners.
Oversee the company’s social media, content, and ensure quality.
· Oversee marketing initiatives, through newspaper, TV, and website advertising.
· Oversee the creation of marketing material as needed.
· Represent the company at trade organizations, and trade shows.
Qualifications:
· Proven sales performance, demonstrated success in account based selling.
· Experience selling in LTC/ Assisted Living Market a plus.
· Pharmacy experience preferred but not required.
· Strategic thinker and planner.
· Excellent communicator with persuasive negotiating skills.
· Ability to build new business relationships.
· Ability to local travel throughout New England.
· Proficient in Office Suite; Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Teams.
Competitive benefits + generous base $85k + Commission.
