Director of Operations (Full-Time Salaried Position with Benefits) Do you want to be part of a world-class team? As an Assistant Instructor, you will:
- directly to CEO, Eric Kapitulik, and work in tandem with the respective Presidents of Athletic and Corporate events.
- Remotely plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of all services provided to clients, including the: Assignment of instructors and contractors to events; Possible reconnaissance and permitting of event sites with appropriate authorities; Guarantee of world-class instructor performance in providing leadership and team development services; Review and revision of all event s and analyses submitted to clients; Payment and reimbursement of instructors for their work and travel; Completion and documentation of all contracted post-event follow-ups with our clients; Manage hiring pipelines and staffing levels for your pool of leadership instructors and contractors; Develop and conduct instructor training starting with the onboarding process and beyond; Manage the purchase, maintenance, inventory, and cleanliness of all company apparel and event gear; Lead all working groups formed for the creation of a new service or adjustment of an existing service for a client; Maintain, develop as needed, and enforce operations-related Standard Operating Procedures; Prepare the bi-weekly payroll in coordination with the payroll technician and ensure its timeliness and accuracy; Liaison with the IT contractor that facilitates the securitization and function of company hardware and software.

Pay, Benefits, & Description:
- Full-time remote position with travel required five or less times per year in order to work events or attend company meetings. All travel expenses covered by company.
- Annual salary starting at $75,000 and up.
- Profit-sharing bonus at end of year.
- Eligible immediately for inclusion in company retirement plans.
- Unlimited PTO as long as you are completing the mission.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Military or first responder experience strongly preferred with further preference for those who held unit leadership roles
- Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Physically fit in function and appearance
- Strong, reliable communication skills (verbal and written, both in person and electronic)
- Able to thrive working independently and/or on a team as needed in a primarily remote work environment.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office standard applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
