The RevGroup Hiring for Junior Staff Accountant Job at Remote Full Time

The RevGroup provides accounting and basic HR services to some of the coolest, most cutting edge companies in bio-tech/tough tech/software . We’re looking for someone who can lead the charge on accounts payable for our clients and record banking and credit card transactions. There is the option to do more for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Process all vendor invoices for our clients
• Record banking and credit card transactions
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Communicate with vendors on payment status. Reconciling accounts as needed.
• Communicate with employees on expense reimbursements
• May assist controllers with month end close process, including various balance sheet workpapers
• Assist with audits as needed
• Other functions as needed

Skills/Experience:

• 2-4 years accounting experience
• Proficiency in Excel is a plus
• Experience with Quickbooks Online, Expensify and Bill.com are a huge plus.
