Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Growth to lead our user acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts. This individual will play a critical role in driving the overall growth of The Tapping Solution App by developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies to attract new users and retain existing ones. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth marketing, a passion for mental health and wellness, and a track record of delivering tangible results.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy, including user acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives
• Analyze user data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, as well as to inform marketing decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and content to optimize the user experience and drive growth
• Set, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of growth initiatives and make data-driven decisions
• Oversee and optimize the performance of paid advertising campaigns across various channels, such as social media, search, display, influencer marketing, podcast ads, and more
• Manage relationships with external agencies, partners, and influencers, ensuring alignment with growth objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to inform growth initiatives and maintain a competitive edge
• Continuously test and iterate on new growth tactics and marketing channels to optimize performance

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or a related field, preferably within the mobile app or health and wellness industries
• Proven track record of driving user growth and achieving performance targets
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
• Experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various channels, such as Facebook, Google Ads, programmatic display, influencer marketing, and podcast ads
• Familiarity with mobile app analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• A growth mindset, with a passion for testing and learning from new marketing strategies and tactics
• Knowledge of the Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Tapping practice is a plus, but not required
