We are looking for a full time, dependable, reliable and responsible professional to fill this role!

Restaurant Hours are 7 am until 3 pm. You can be home with your family for dinner every night and on weekends! Only one shift, no dinners!

Must have a minimum of 2 years of full service restaurant MANAGEMENT experience to be considered.

Must have your food managers certificate and TABC certification.

Must be able to work in a very busy, fast pace, high energy restaurant.

Will assist GM with inventory, food and labor cost, ordering, prepping, cleaning and managing all FOH employees.

Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.

Must be able to work early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
• Find ways to increase quality of customer service

Skills

• Proven work experience as operations manager or similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
