Responsibilities:
SME for MicroStrategy reporting platform
Manage the flow and design of reports developed in MicroStrategy
Provide solution on all bugs for existing reports on the MicroStrategy platform
Responsible for MicroStrategy cubes both in both Production, UAT and Development environments
Build data models to support ad-hoc reporting
Provide tuning support for PL/SQL codes that update cubes on the dashboards/reports
Primary contact for MicroStrategy Cloud support
Manage and provide bi-weekly usage reports of the environment
Create and maintain documentation for all projects in MicroStrategy
Lead efforts to bring the rest of the team up to speed on MicroStrategy
Support any related data audits both internal and external
Should be able to support mobile platforms and development
Need to have expertise on System Manager workflows

Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
Bachelor Degree in a Computer Science and/or Engineering related discipline, or equivalent combination of 5years education and experience.

Skill and Ability:
Knowledge of Snowflake, SQL databases, concepts, queries and views
MS Access, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Experience in python and VB Script, HTML, CSS, Photoshop skills are preferred, Java, batchScripts
Experience with mobile development Xcode, as well as C# for SDK`s, Microstrategy Web API`s, deploying mobile apps using MDM,
Should be familiar with SAML, integration for single sign-on and VB script
