As Global HR Operations (GHRO) continues to evolve, this role will be responsible for the project management, assessment, and change management of new work or internal alignment opportunities for GHRO. Working with HR and functional leaders across the Enterprise, they will project manage and participate in the detailed collection and evaluation of current state processes. They will summarize their findings against potential future states to all levels of leadership, showcasing how GHRO can add value to the work. They will then partner with their project team to determine future state resources and processes while developing and executing thorough change management plans.
The HR Project Manager will be responsible for delivering initiatives for multiple projects or client groups and/or complex projects.
The HR Project Manager independently performs the following:
Manages partner relationships directly
Leads individual HR projects or leads cross-team projects
Identifies and proactively addresses business needs and offers solutions
Leads large-scale analyses across HR functions and regions (e.g. global alignment and leveragability)
Designs and delivers implementation plans for new processes and systems
Serves as a mentor for less experienced professionals within the group
Excels at driving change and decision making through compelling storytelling and presentation of data and information to senior executives
Recognizes when projects need to involve additional partners and decision makers
Customizes solutions to the context and needs of the organization(s)
Demonstrated business acumen, and ability to utilize metrics to tell the story
Solid knowledge of tools, processes and resources needed to support integrated global innovation initiatives
Demonstrated ability to assess the interdependencies of work processes very quickly
Self-starter, ability to work independently based on project timelines and deliverables
Strong attention to detail and process mapping and evaluation
Adaptable, flexible, well organized, and creative
Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written)
Working knowledge of headcount, FYP and AOP processes (preferred)
Ability to build presentations in PowerPoint
Knowledge of systems such as Workday, SAP, ServiceNow
Experience with project tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet (preferred)
Intermediate level knowledge of Excel (preferred)
Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Visio (preferred)
Proven experience in client and project management (3 years)
Functional HR experience (2 years)
Proven experience in business case development (2 years)
Bachelor’s degree in business analysis, human resources, information technology, or related field
