Responsibilities :As the Campus Manager, you will:
Use your unique talent to lead recruiters in finding the right individuals for our Professional Internships, with a specific recruitment focus on ensuring we have a diverse workforce.
Join a highly collaborative team of managers, recruiters and coordinators from all over the country who work together to match talent to key roles at The Walt Disney Company. We literally change lives every day by giving students and new graduates a chance to join the best and the brightest at Disney, and by adding to the talent pool which makes us one of the most successful, innovative companies in the world.
Build and execute innovative campus recruitment strategies that support the talent acquisition and diversity priorities of multiple businesses across The Walt Disney Company.
Lead recruitment across campus, collaborate and serve as a thought partner across the company to develop recruitment strategies and operational partnerships to achieve organizational goals.
Collaborate with clients and HR partners to develop a strong understanding of department culture, business strategy and talent profiles to deliver on the hiring needs of the business.
Create and foster meaningful relationships with key partners across the company, clearly articulating the vision of our campus organization.
Set new standards by enhancing and personalizing the candidate experiences that will attract and retain top, diverse talent from around the globe.
Represent and elevate our brand by ensuring a highly effective presence at conferences, career events, and partner schools/organizations.
Lead, develop and inspire a team through appropriate coaching, career development, succession planning, and recognition.
Manage team objectives and goals, inclusive of budget and resource allocation.
Basic Qualifications :

You are excited about working with students who are early in their career journey.
You have a minimum of 2 years progressive experience in recruitment/talent acquisition with broad business and recruiting knowledge across various disciplines.
You are deeply passionate about campus recruitment, sourcing future talent, university relations, and understand the college and university landscape.
You have organizational savvy – ability to navigate different organizational cultures effectively and comfortably.
You have credibility – strong reputation with existing team.
You possess sound judgement – demonstrated ability to make real-time strategic decisions.
You have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, working with colleagues across departments at all levels.
You are organized with strong time management skills, especially in a dynamic yet decentralized environment.
You demonstrate strong analytical capabilities for translating data, finding and analyzing trends and insights, and can articulate a story using this information.
You possess the ability to balance numerous projects simultaneously, prioritize deadlines and effectively work in a fast-paced environment.
You have a strong candidate experience focus.
You possess the ability to manage confidential information.
You are confident utilizing Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) as well as SharePoint and Confluence, along with learning and adapting to new programs and tools.

You have subject matter expertise with talent acquisition technology systems such as an Enterprise ATS and HRMS; preferably Kenexa (Infinite, Workday, and/or SAP).
You possess an understanding of HR systems and processes.
You are enthusiastic, proactive and willing to take on new challenges
You are a calculated risk-taker who isn’t afraid to step outside of the box
You get excited about developing new ideas, designing solutions and helping the team grow
You have prior or current experience with The Walt Disney Company
Required Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related degree
