Therapeutic Links is an insurance-based group practice located in the Dupont Circle area of Washington, DC. It is a growing, private practice and seeking therapists to provide psychotherapy and counseling services on a full-time or part-time basis (including evenings and weekends). DUE TO RECENT EVENTS, CANDIDATES WILL BE PROVIDING SERVICES VIA TELEHEALTH.Perfect position for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Graduate Social Worker (LGSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC).We require a minimum of 25 client hrs/wk for Graduate License anda minimum of 10 client hrs/wk for Independent License.We specialize in helping our clients (children and adults) overcome trauma, panic, social anxiety, worry, OCD, depression, among many other emotional difficulties, using evidence based therapy, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.Candidates with solid training in CBT and other evidence-based therapies are also welcome to apply. Our ideal applicant has experience providing evidenced based therapy & counseling to children, teens, & or adults with anxiety/depression/trauma problems and a solid understanding of these methods (or strong willingness & commitment to learn). Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct clinical assessments and person-centered treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling for clients who present with various concerns such as substance abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma and adjustment disorders.
- Coordinate with Primary Care Physicians and other allied professionals
- Prepare discharge summaries

Qualifications and Skills
- LMFT, LICSW, LGSW, LPC or LGPC in the District of Columbia.
- Specialization in working within a particular practice area, approach, or population.
- Must have experience and understanding of the clinical diagnostic process and utilization of the DSM-V.
- At least two years of related work experience providing services in clinical settings.
- Must have access to reliable transportation.
- Excellent organizational, computer and communication skills.
- Experience working with an electronic health record
