This role is the HR leader for the new PeproTech, Recombinant Proteins Business in the Biosciences Division located in Cranbury, NJ. The addition of PeproTech’s portfolio complements Thermo Fisher’s Gibco™ cell culture products, expanding our ability to provide end-to-end workflow support with product portfolio that includes over 700 recombinant proteins, including research use only (“RUO”), animal free (“AF”), and good manufacturing practice (“GMP”) cytokines and other products such as monoclonal antibodies, media and enzyme-linked immunoassay (ELISA) kits that support nearly all current recombinant protein applications.
The major responsibilities for this role include support of the General Manager and other members of the leadership team to support the talent integration. This includes organizational capability, driving culture change, defining organizational needs, determining development needs and strategy, determining hiring needs, resolving employee issues, and contributing to the achievement of the strategic and operating plan objectives. This includes overseeing the engagement strategy and aligning a growth/expansion talent strategy that supports the strong business growth.
This individual must possess the ability to quickly grasp the strategic objectives of the business and align the talent programs and processes to support the key strategies. The HR leader will help lead the integration process and strategies to support the organization.
