• Evaluate patients for admission to MossRehab programs
• Orient patients and families to the rehabilitation process
• Market facility to referral sources
• Oversee case assignments, coverage
• Help identify and implement strategies for development of new referral sources and makes assignments accordingly
• Help to create operational efficiencies by evaluating processes and making recommendations for improvement

• Bachelor#39;s degree in Nursing required and/or C.R.R.N. desirable
• Current Pennsylvania RN license, active and in good standing is required
• Minimum of three years experience in a hospital or long-term care setting required
• Rehabilitation experience preferred
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Must possess reliable transportations and be willing/able to travel extensively in the Delaware Valley and in other areas targeted by the hospital for referral growth
• Must have valid driver#39;s license
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills required
• Successful completion of a skills based test required
