Job Discription
- Evaluate patients for admission to MossRehab programs
- Orient patients and families to the rehabilitation process
- Market facility to referral sources
- Oversee case assignments, coverage
- Help identify and implement strategies for development of new referral sources and makes assignments accordingly
- Help to create operational efficiencies by evaluating processes and making recommendations for improvement
- Bachelor#39;s degree in Nursing required and/or C.R.R.N. desirable
- Current Pennsylvania RN license, active and in good standing is required
- Minimum of three years experience in a hospital or long-term care setting required
- Rehabilitation experience preferred
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must possess reliable transportations and be willing/able to travel extensively in the Delaware Valley and in other areas targeted by the hospital for referral growth
- Must have valid driver#39;s license
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills required
- Successful completion of a skills based test required
