Thompson Engineering is a Critical Communications Systems Integrator specializing in the K-12 Education Market and the Healthcare Market. We serve Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Specializing in School Communications including Intercom, Public Address, Fire Alarm, Cameras, Security, Networking & Sound Reinforcement.

Responsible for overseeing all Education bids. Reviews bid opportunities for qualification based on products, relationships and scope of work. Utilizing negotiating skills working with vendors and contractors to align the company in the best position to win the bid.

The position requires working with Sales, Operations and Purchasing to assemble a bill of materials and labor estimate for each pending customer project. Accurately determine the necessary equipment quantities, pricing and labor needed to complete the job according to company and customer expectations. Create and maintain database to increase productivity and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
