Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process to meet required staffing needs
Conducts new employee onboarding and orientation
Assist with processing semi-monthly Payroll using ADP Workforce
Manage policy interpretation, employee personnel files, and employee relations matters
Serves as the primary contact for leave programs including FMLA, short-term disability, long-term disability, and worker’s compensation. Continuously improves processes to align with best practices. Coordinates with Payroll to ensure employees are paid appropriately while on leave
Manage the administration of the company’s benefit programs health, dental, vision insurance, health savings accounts, 401(k), and other employee incentive benefit programs
Manages employee termination process
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field with five years’ experience or 5-7 years experience in human resources
Solid understanding of state and federal employment law
Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting
Solid understanding of benefits administration and payroll process
Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Bonus Points:
SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
