Tidewater Transit Company is hiring Class A Drivers with Tanker Endorsement out of North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida & Texas Owner Operator, Entry Level & Experienced Drivers needed About Tidewater Transit: Tidewater Transit is a family owned company that was founded in 1949 by C. Felix Harvey and Mr. Charles Smith.

Tidewater Transit was established with $5,000 of capital to service an agricultural business belonging to Mr. Harvey, with initial cargoes consisting of gasoline, anhydrous ammonia, and petroleum. Mr. Smith was the driver while his wife, Nina, handled the books.
