Team Introduction
The Global Product and RD team is building up an engineering team for core TikTok products, to ensure TikTok continues a healthy growth, deliver the best product experience to all of our users, build the most attractive features to help users enjoy their time on TikTok, earn trust in privacy protection, and more. As the HR partner to TikTok Engineering, you will guide and support talent management, performance management, career development, employee relations, and change management activities. As we continue to rapidly grow, you will also assist in building innovative new programs to support our teams as they scale. Your work will have real-world impact, and you’ll be supported in achieving your career goals.
1. Partner with your assigned business group(s) and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.
2. Implement and manage cyclical HR programs end-to-end, including performance management, engagement survey, recognition, etc.
3. Manage and facilitate function specific HR projects, including team orientation, learning & development programs, etc.
4. Manage employee disciplinary issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case.
5. Proactively assess employee, team, organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.
6. Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in CoE, HR operations, and other HR teams to implement solutions.
Qualifications
1. BA/BS degree or above.
2. 5+ years HR experience, HRBP experience preferred.
3. Demonstrated project management and change management experience and ability to drive programs independently.
4. Experience with performance management, employee relations.
5. Interpersonal communication skills and experience building relationships at all levels of the organization.
6. Ability to bring an optimism, energy and solution-oriented approach.
7. Knowledge and experience in global technology or Internet business preferred.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $100080 – $228000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
