We are in need of Sales Professionals right away to join our sales team in the Best New and Used Car Nissan Dealership in the State of Utah. Tim Dahle Nissan is now hiring a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude
• Build strong rapport with customers and co-workers
• Listen to our customers to determine their needs
• Learn to overcome objectives, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
• Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc. Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the products.
• Punctuality
• Basic computer skills
• Answer sales calls
• Set appointments with customers to show vehicles
• Answer email leads
• Intercept customers that come to the dealership to see vehicles
• Take online training courses

Job Qualifications:

• Hands-on, team-oriented who is committed to business improvement processes.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Management skills:
  • Critical thinking-using logic to weigh various approaches to resolving problems
  • Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships to have constructive and cooperative working relationships
• Initiative-willing to take on new responsibilities and challenges, willingness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Applicants must be 18 years of age and legal to work in the United States
• Maintain valid driver’s license and MVR within company policy requirements
• Excellent customer service skills
