Position Summary
As Titanium’s HR Generalist, my responsibilities will include various tasks comprising all departments within our organization and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Manage benefits administration, update payroll, and communicate with staff about policy changes. In addition, you may be given other or different assignments as directed by your supervisor or necessitated by companies business needs

Requirements
- Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Background check required
- Certified Notary Public: required
- Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems and payroll systems
- Knowledge of labor relations, employment laws, benefits, HR principles
- A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business, or related area; relevant work experience may be a substitute.
- Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety hiring, and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and procedures in compliance with employment regulations
- Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, compliance, and regulation requirements
- Respond to human resources related inquires
- Prepare or maintain records related to an event such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software
- Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations
- Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, including the Disabilities Act (ADA)
- Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluations forms
- Confer management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures
- Monitor employee morale and company culture
- Process complaints regarding sexual harassment, discrimination, or other instances of workplace harassment and assist in any necessary investigations and disciplinary actions
- Follow progressive discipline plans to monitor, review and make suggestions for corrective actions for attendance, punctuality, conduct, and performance issues.
- Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary

Pay: $26.00 – $30.00 per hour
