Responsibilities include:
Assist with onboarding, recruiting, and administrative work
Provide general support to recruiters
Learn company CRM
Help recruiters with company devices
The ideal candidate would possess the following skills and attributes:
Preferred experience as an HR assistant or office admin assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Excellent time management skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask’
Experience:
Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)
Admin: 1 year (Preferred)
Schedule:
8-hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
