The company has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to drive the sales of products primarily manufactured in our Sault Ste Marie, MI location. Products from this location are specialized in high-quality injection molding, including plastic tubes, petri dishes and other plastic disposables. We employ state of the art injection molding and clean room technology with advanced skills where tight tolerance, special color, clarity or light transmittance and lot-to-lot integrity are crucial.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Drives profitable sales growth in the target market(s). Actively manages all existing & new business opportunities to closure in collaboration with relevant functions. Achieves revenue and profit targets by successfully managing the sales and RFQ process.
Builds and promotes strong, long-lasting customer relationships by managing designated accounts. Creates and implements strategic account plans, conducts business reviews, identifies needs and opportunities, implements new solutions, ensures questions and other issues are responded to timely and completely.
Participates in regular sales team calls to report the status of new opportunities, sales projections and forecasting requirements of customers.
Works closely with customers to ensure adequate inventory. Ensures close coordination with the Customer Service and other functions to meet or exceed customer expectations for delivery, quality, costs, and service.
Maintain close working relationship with strategic customers and industry stakeholders and report on new product opportunities and competitive activities.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
