Job Overview
We’re looking for a Jr. Full-Stack Engineer to join our Technical Account Management team! This entry-level role is perfect if you have 1-2 years of engineering experience (or a new graduate with relevant internships), impeccable interpersonal and customer service skills, and can multitask without breaking a sweat.
Our Technical Account Management team works closely with Tontine’s clients to ensure a great experience and help them maximize the value they get from the platform. You will manage client relationships from day one to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, and set up clients for ongoing success. You’ll be responsible for prompt and effective resolution of questions, problems, and requests. Lastly, you’ll use your first-hand knowledge of our clients to inform our product roadmap, and continue working with all parts of the company to ensure our product continues to exceed our clients’ needs.
In a nutshell, this role is meant for someone with a technical background who is looking to work with multiple sides of the business, with the main focus on delivering results for clients. The majority of the time will be spend understanding client needs, providing solutions, translating vague processes into scalable playbooks, and shaping feedback into product decisions.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a software development role (or a computer science degree from a top-tier college coupled with 2-3 relevant internships).
1+ years of experience in a customer service role over a variety of communication channels (email, Slack, Zoom, etc.).
Strong performer in high volume, high-pressure situations.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong, customer-centric relationships, both internally and externally.
Problem solver – must be capable of uncovering the root of every issue, and resolve them quickly and effectively.
Time management – must be able to work independently and manage time/resources efficiently; can successfully manage competing priorities.
Ability to work at nights and on weekends if absolutely necessary.
