We are hiring a Reconditioning Manager here at Torres Automotive Group. The Reconditioning Manager oversees all aspects of the vehicle reconditioning process and directs a team. An ideal candidate will be dependable, professional, and have a positive, can-do attitude!

Responsibilities
- Motivate, counsel, and monitor team performance
- Utilize the Carketa Reconditioning system Process
- Strive for harmony and teamwork with all other departments
- Provide an outstanding culture of communication
- Support detail or lot staff with their duties
- Ensure the team actively provides excellent finished product
- Understand the workflow and need of the sales department
- Work with vendors to identify vehicles that need work, schedule and document process
- Recruiting, Interviewing, Onboarding and training new detail or lot technician staff
- Responsible for motivating the team, holding the team accountable, making personnel decisions and schedules
- Ensures that reconditioning services being performed meet all safety, quality and timely delivery expectations
Compensation $18 – $22 an hour based off of experience
