Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assists with the day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Provides routine administrative support, creates HR forms and generate standard reports as needed.
Compiles and updates employee records and maintains both personnel and benefit files.
Supports recruiting activities in Applicant Tracking System (JazzHR) by posting of jobs and scheduling interviews.
Ensures timely and accurate input into HRIS and ATS systems and performs regular audit.
Prepares onboarding documents, assists with new hire and benefit orientation.
Handles sensitive information and routine data entry in Ceridian.
Connect employees with HR subject matter expert, as needed.
Verification of employment letters for current and past employees.
Handles the I-9 verification process.
Assists with HR projects, in support of both Recruitment and Benefits and provides general administration support to the HR department as required including filing, customer service, answering phones, scanning, photocopying and emails.
Greet employees and handle routine HR inquiries.
Order office supplies.
Supports auditing projects (I-9s, Benefit Documentation, Personnel files, etc.).
Interacts daily with functional peer group, direct supervisor and periodically may interact with support personnel from other departments or customers.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Salary Range: $22.74/HR – $35.29/HR
