We are looking for a Recruiter with full cycle recruiting experience in the healthcare industry, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees in the healthcare field. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks, employee referrals, job boards, etc.
The responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Responsibilities:
* Identify, recruit and interview qualified RN’s, Radiology Techs, and Nurse Practitioner positions nationwide on a permanent basis.
* Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities
* Educate prospective candidates on the client and job opportunity
* Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning and referrals
* Build and maintain unique relationships with healthcare providers
* Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
* Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
* Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job etc.
* Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, text blasts etc.
* Screen candidates resumes and job applications
* Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
* Assist with gathering Onboarding information in order to become fully integrated with the team
* Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
* Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
* Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
* Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

* Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
* Ability to use computer technology proficiently, creatively, and learn new technology quickly!
Skills:
* Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field or related experience
* Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) in the healthcare field
* Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
* Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.)
* Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
* Strong decision-making skills
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
