About The Role
As an Administrative Assistant at The Tower, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth functioning of our office and operations. You will provide essential administrative and clerical assistance to various teams and ensure the efficient flow of information and tasks.
Responsibilities
Office Support:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Data Entry and Documentation:
- Maintain and update databases, records, and documents.
- Assist in creating and formatting reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
Team Coordination:
- Support cross-functional teams with administrative tasks.
- Help organize and schedule team meetings and events.
Visitor and Client Relations:
- Welcome visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist in ensuring a positive visitor experience.
Filing and Organization:
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records.
- Implement and maintain filing systems for efficient data retrieval.
About You
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications preferred).
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
