Administers programs in the areas of compensation, classification, recruitment, performance evaluations, and employee relations. Plans, coordinates, and conducts training programs. Assists the Director of Human Resources in the coordination of disciplinary processes.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

One (1) or more years of experience in the areas of compensation, recruitment and employee relations are required.
EDUCATION:
Must submit to and pass a post-offer, non-regulated drug test and thorough background checks (including criminal history).

Must have an extensive working knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws; EEOC uniform guidelines on employee selection procedures; American with Disabilities (ADA) Employment guidelines; and other personnel law practices.
