EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience/understanding of general accounting systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with expertise in Excel and spreadsheets
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE/INTEREST
- Understanding of the basic principles of accounting, along with common accounting standards and office procedures.
- Comprehensive understanding of accounting software
- Computer applications related to the work – Microsoft Office (Proficient), Deltek GCS/Cost Point, Unanet, or equivalent Accounting System experience.

- Good problem solving skills, capable of identifying ways to improve efficiency

- Strong customer focus with willingness to perform responsibilities outside of the job description
- Ability to handle confidential information/discretion must be used in releasing any information
The hourly pay range for this position is $25 to $32 per hour.
The posted pay range values provide the candidate with guidance on annual base compensation for the position, exclusive of overtime, bonus, and benefits-related compensation, over a range of qualifications that may fit hiring objectives. Toyon Research Corporation will consider the individual candidate’s education, work experience, applicable knowledge, skills and training, among other factors, when preparing an offer of employment.
