Job Summary:
We are looking for an outgoing and self-motivated candidate to join our Team as a Recruiter! You will get to work with a strong management team to support operational needs! Our Recruiter is the first person to have contact with our employees and are heavily relied upon to reflect our Company Culture. Our Recruiter is responsible for interviewing, supporting the selection of candidates, and onboarding new employees.

Job Responsibilities:
· Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
· Screen applications and select qualified candidates by referencing skills matrix.
· Schedules interviews with candidates; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
· Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews independently and with managers, directors, and other staff.
· Collaborates with managers and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
· Completes on-boarding tasks to include screenings, personnel file creation, I-9, and Eligibility Verification.
· Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
· Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting events.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proven organization and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
· Strong negotiation tactics.
· Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to recruitment and hiring.
· Ability to quickly learn applicant tracking software.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field desirable.
· Two years of managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting performing desk work.
· Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted at times.
