Job Description
Traackr is looking for a Consultant to join our Professional Services Team with a focus on supporting our Marketing & Sales team. Traackr has been organically developing its professional services offering over the last few years in order to support the growth of the business. The PS team includes a mix of data analysts, who bring strong analytical and technical expertise, and consultants, who bring business expertise. Together, they are responsible for the execution and delivery of high value projects to Customers. The Professional Services Consultant reports into the Professional Services Director.
The core objectives of Traackr’s Professional Services team are:
Act as a strategic advisor to Traackr Enterprise customers to help them optimize their influencer programs
Lead with data to develop market insights and best practices that contribute to Traackr’s business growth and position as a thought leader within the space
Consult with our customers to develop new offerings to help them maximize the success of their influencer initiatives that can become part of out future product developments
The objective of this new role, with a focus on working on pre-sale opportunities, is to provide insights-driven content to marketing and sales in support of pipeline generation and deal acceleration. The position must collaborate closely with marketing and sales to define an editorial calendar of reports, provide support to strategic pipeline development, and support individual high-value deals.
What you will do:
Become an expert on how to access and utilize Traackr data to find trends
Create regular market insights reports in Traackr’s key verticals that spotlight trends, best practices and leading strategies
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to provide data-driven insights for key new business opportunities
Deliver high quality/high value services projects that help drive the business needs of our current customers
Contribute to Traackr’s position as an Industry leader by publishing and presenting thought leadership pieces on the Influencer Marketing space on our blog and at key industry events
Contribute to the design and execution of relevant services projects based on our customers influencer marketing objectives
The ideal candidate for this role:
5+ years of professional experience
An undergraduate or graduate degree
Agency or Consulting experience selling to marketing organizations of global brands a plus
Content marketing, market research, or other professional writing experience is a plus
A strong understanding of digital marketing activities, measurement and data storytelling, specifically in influencer marketing and social media
A track record of delivering strategic consulting services to enterprise brands and presenting to a senior level audience
An understanding of the most relevant technologies and measurement practices in the digital marketing space
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
Experience working in an international environment across multiple time zones
